When will my order ship?
- All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our headquarters in South Jordan, Utah with either USPS or UPS. Depending on your chosen shipping method and distance, orders can take between 2-7 business days in transit.
- Once your Mongo big hat package is delivered by the carrier, Mongo Headwear is no longer responsible for the package. We always recommend having your order shipped to an address where someone can accept the package once it arrives.
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns of Mongo big hats for big heads under the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way with original tags attached.
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
