Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the US and Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.

How much does shipping cost?

Every US order ships free with Free Ground Shipping (3–7 business days). Faster USPS and UPS options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

USPS is the only shipping provider that can deliver to P.O. boxes. If you wish to have your hat(s) delivered to a P.O. box, select USPS at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in the checkout process. This estimated date is not guaranteed.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information letting you know it’s on the way. Upgrading your shipping method only expedites the transit time once your package has left our fulfillment center in Farmington, Arkansas.

Note: Payment is captured when your order is placed.

Where will my order ship from?

All of our orders ship from our fulfillment center in Farmington, Arkansas.

Which days do you deliver packages on?

Our orders are delivered by USPS and UPS and they do deliver packages Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout. Note: Shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday.
