Do one-size caps fit a 7⅝?
Sometimes. This is the size where it depends on the cap. New Era's 9FORTY one-size tops out at 23⅞ in, so a 24-inch head is past it. The Flexfit 110 (to 7⅞) and Richardson 112 (to about 7¾) should still close, but you'll be near the end of the strap and a standard crown will likely sit high.
